Known to have one of the best people in the world, the Philippines have lived a full 112 years and have shown so much of what it can do. Different countries claimed this land to be their own but the Philippines was still able to go through and call itself a nation full of proud people.
It’s an archipelago rich in biodiversity and natural resources that make this country one of the most beautiful places in the world. Most of the wildlife seen here cannot even be found in other places and beaches that people from all over the globe flock to experience.
The best thing that the Philippines have is the people; one of the nicest and most trusting bunches of folks that one would ever see. Plus, they have qualities that make them really functional like creativity, perseverance and intelligence. Of course, they also have a soft spot, Filipino people are really emotional, they tend to react in every situation which, in fact brought them to their demise.
You see, history has shown just how emotional the Philippines can be. They give sympathy to those who are oppressed and they give rage to those whom they think have wronged them. Plus they perceive so much, easily influenced with what they see and hear that they do not even discern for themselves.
It has happened yet again; they made a decision out of emotion topped with the continuous exposure to messages that do not give any help but to further push them into making the worst choice that they could ever have.
With this, I say farewell to the Philippines, it lived a great and colorful life. It’s just unfortunate that it had to end with so much deception disguised in false hopes and razzle-dazzle.

ang drama mo. super negative naman to. pero, on second thought, I agree with you.
This election gives us the grounds to say to others, ” We told you so…”. They are given the best option and they never took it. I won’t say long live Philippines. I prefer saying ,”How much longer can you live, Philippines?”
And I agree the Philippines had so much potential. It’s blessed with resources and people of talent and intellect(not majority). But then I guess it has started to wither…
I would watch over and over again the documentaries about the glorious years of our country. Yes, that’s crying over spilled milk.
Ang drama mo naman pot. Try to see the silver lining rin naman. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst…
condolences. God Bless the Philippines. hehe. move on na! ayaw ni Gibo ng negative. :p
nakakaiiyak …… But i’m still proud that i voted a true Filipino Leader …. not based on popularity …..
Ang angas ng entry mo, Enzo. *Applause* I am still optimistic about our country though. I know that the candidates that we’ve rooted for won’t just disappear in the background just because someone else is in power. Habang may gustong magbago ang Pilipinas hindi pa rin tayo dapat mawalan ng pag-asa
Gee. Nice one, Enzobabes! Like, like, like! Wala na tayong magagawa. Okay, now write the eulogy to the Philippines.
