Looking at the poster of this movie I thought for sure that I was about to see a child-friendly one. I guess I should pay more attention to the title rather than the graphics for “KickAss” can be included in one of the most violent films that I have seen. Although told in a typical story of a kid wanting to become a superhero, the action sequences in the movie can be compared to the blood-bathed “Kill Bill”.
Another thing that one could notice is that most of the killing and swearing comes from a little girl. Definitely not a movie for young children. Still, “KickAss” is packed with great fighting sequences that are sure to entertain people who are after the gory-violent movie genres.
The amount of violence also heightens towards the end of the film. I’ve never seen so much suffering of a little girl in a film since “Matilda”.

Dude you should wait for the sequel which is as of the moment being written. Kick Ass gets training from Hit Girl as they go up against Red Mist and a new sidekick.
