15 minutes before 6pm, a cloud of smoke was seen rising from the Pasong Tamo area where the vicinity that is being burned by large flames is said to include residential houses. Details are yet to be given but some people in the area say that this has something to do with the residents refusing to give up the area for developers who wish to construct a condominium there
We are still waiting for further information for possible casualties and other forms of damage.
